Long Island Railroad

The Long Island Railroad provides great service to passengers year round.  During the summer they offer several trains that can bring you to and from their Hampton Bays stop, which is 1.5 miles from The Barn.

Taxi / Uber / Lyft

If you use a local taxi company for transportation to the Boardy Barn, PLEASE make sure you are riding in a LICENSED taxi (or livery).  All taxi's must be licensed by the Town of Southampton.

The Boardy Barn welcomes Uber/Lyft services.  There are signs on the property directing the drivers to special areas for pickup/ dropoff.

The Boardy Barn is providing the following listing of transportation companies FOR YOUR INFORMATION and CONVENIENCE only.  We are *NOT* affiliated with these companies, nor do we provide "special packages" or "special 'cut the line' privileges" for people who hire a bus, limo, etc.    We welcome EVERYONE to the Barn, but the line is the line.  (Tip:  believe it or not, but if you get to the barn from 3:30pm onward, the line is NOT long.  Just remember the Barn generally closes between 7:30 and 8pm.)

Please Note: If you use a bus company of your own choosing to take you to/from the Boardy Barn, PLEASE make sure they are licensed and insured.  ALSO, PLEASE make sure you check that their busses are inspected by New York State Department of Transportation and that all safety inspections have been made.   We do not wish for our patrons to experience any problems.
